MediaRequestor allows you to select a variety of media program from a single
multimedia key press. Currently,
it is setup to access AmigaAMP, MPlayer or PicShow, but in the future I hope to
allow a bit more configurability
by the user.

Feel free to contact me if you find any bugs in the program or typos in the
docs!

Installation:

1. You'll need to grab yourself a copy of AllKeys
(http://os4depot.net/share/utility/misc/allkeys.lha) and install
it according to the documentation.

2. Copy the MediaRequestor directory anywhere you want.

3. Amend the text files contained in the "apps" directory to point to where the
associated programs are on
your system.

4. You'll need to amend your AllKeys prefs to point to MediaRequestor's
location. For instance, my AllKeys prefs
read as follows:
CODE=$8000e06d CLASS=XKEY COMMAND=Rxs
Programs:Tools/WB/MediaRequestor/MediaRequestor.rexx This code is for my
Logitech multimedia keyboard. Please read the AllKeys documentation if you need
any pointers.

5.You'll also need to install rxMUI, which is available from all good Aminet
mirrors
(http://www.aminet.net/package.php?package=util/rexx/rxmui.lha).

Current known bugs:
1. You can't close the window using the close gadget, and the "Cancel" button

Future:
1. Add Preferences so that the user can add their own media programs.
2. Create an installation script to automatically amend locations for media
programs.
