SNoti uses the dos.library file notification functions to notify the
user when a particular file or directory is changed. It will run a
user-defined command or script file.

SNoti is e-mailware. If you like it, send an e-mail/postcard to the original
author (Martin) who deserves full credits for the well behaved code which hardly
needed any change to recompiled on my A1... 10 years later!
