DESCRIPTION:
Echo2Debug sends a string to the debug output.
Essentially, it provides DebugPrintF() functionality to scripts.
It may be useful for troubleshooting the startup-sequence/user-startup,
when the display won't show up, or to log some messages or variables
when booting from a read-only medium such as a custom boot CD.
EXAMPLE:
Echo2Debug Some text string
