CLIExchange is a CLI replacement for standard utility called Exchange.
The only difference is that Exchange has a graphical user interface while 
CLIExchange has been designed to be called from scripts, ToolManager
menus or docks, hotkeys, BrowserII and whatever you want.
Due to this, CLIExchange code is many times smaller than Exchange one.

CLIExchange is the successor of CxKiller, it's more powerful and much smaller. 

CLIExchange 1.5 is the OS4/PPC successor to CLIExchange 1.4, it does the same
thing and is much larger :-P
