TopApp uses an external command to handle downloads so it can't download anything by itself. But you can set the download command in tooltypes. Future releases will come with Download command included. Or I'll add the necessary functions to TopApp itself.

Since it needs WGet can it download this itself? Or is that a chicken and egg? :-)
