The images loaded by aisscache.library remain in memory (as a members of internal list in library base) even after program termination. The images loaded by bitmap.image are removed from memory after call to DisposeObject(). AFAIK at least ;)

I didn't check the contents of the archive, but according to the readme it makes no sense and would cache the images twice!? 
The intuition.library functions (ObtainBitMapSource(), ObtainBitMapInstance(), etc.) used for example by BOOPSI classes like bitmap.image cache the images already. Which advantages does the cache in aisscache.library have over the cache in intuition.library?
