Revisited and have fixed many of the bugs in the original port. 
Let me know if you want to test.

It's not that the game has speech or HD graphics.

3MB is a bit short. Does the game requite datafiles? None are mentioned in the readme.

Yep, sorry if i upload it "without your consent", it was on my HD since years, you sent me 2 or 3 years ago ! 
 
So at the end i thinked that release it would have been better :-)

God that was a long time ago and I totally forgot about this. 
Still have the source code kicking around so should revisit it.
