Well, cannot find Roms (of course the drawer Roms has always been here since it worked previously).

Delete your old prefs on prefs/env and reboot 
And start a newgui and save your new prefs, is ok now for playing with gngeo with good option

When loading a game, the cli window shows 'unknown option' but it seems to work fine at the end

There's a subtile bug that makes the program fail if no Roms drawer exists.To solve it in the meanwhile just create it manually.
