So long as there's no password (you won't know. just leave it blank), you can just click the "Replace file" button and overwrite the old version.

This is an outdate version, AppBuilder 2.0 was released on 21 Oct 2017.

I think, it would be more elegant to be able to download/update the plugins from the website by the program. 
Anyway, thumbs up for the nice platform independent GUI!
