Because of this gcc can't see the oo.h file. 
 
When I moved the oo.h to the SDK:local/common/include/ directory, gcc was able to include the oo.h file.

But its simple... when the oo.library is there, the machine hangs... when removed all is fine!

After renaming oo.library in LIBS: to oo.library.old everything is working again.
