It took some time to understand that this needs libz.lha (libz.so) installed first. The documentations instructs to install this to the SDK:... but if used in an application and the app user doesn't develop, there may not be SDK:. 
 
So: Could this libzip be compiled to a common Amiga shared library so the installation would be easy to a common user, too?
