I have too the Instantiate message when trying to run more than one instance of Edyuk. 
But no Assign requester... Did you try to assign something to show if it works ?

Tried to run it and got a console window open with: 
 
QCoreApplication::applicationDirPath: Please instantiate the QApplication object first 
 
and a requester asking for the volume: /work/QT4.7/Edyuk/T:

Yes, it works. 
Go to File / Exit. 
 
The "Close" gadget just hide it...

Exit doesn`t work. I can not exit it
