I really like the concept of this. Is it still developed? What media player does it use?

It's a native AmigaOS4 PPC program so i see many reason to see it on OS4Depot, it's even not so old as you suggest as it was released in 2011 not in 1989 ;-)

For sure AMC is not the best software around (altrough it's unique in it's genre) 
 
About speed try to set "-slowcpu" in tooltype, with that AMC become quite usable on every machine, even on a little Sam440

That app suck hard sadly to say. One time I tried it it was slow like hell, and it even wasn't designed to be any of real use on something more or less fast (like peg2 with 1ghz).

There are some programs from 1989, why not uploading them here as well? Don't waste depot's space with old apps, fancypants!
