Wat's new

Some bugs removed (OS4.1.1 bugs). The column width
of the list views can now be correctly updated,
editing a toolbar leads to a correct attachment,
sort and listviews enhanced using the last SDK.
Copying files leads to a correct sort when sorting
by date or size.
