OS4 native port of the UNIX xpkSQSH library.

NB: This *only* implements unpacking.
If you need to PACK in SQSH format please install the original 68k version.
If you are only UNPACKING then this (in theory) should be faster as it is
native PPC code.

The Installer script will warn you if you try to overwrite the 68k version.
If you want to install manually, copy xpkSQSH.library to libs:Compressors.

Source code is included.  It's a complete mess, sorry, due to lazy
copy'n'paste.  The important file is xpkSQSH.c which is largely unmodified,
the rest is just glue.
