AmigaOS4 port of some of the wide-character functions that are missing in clib2.

Would like to implement them directly in clib2, but that is on the TODO list.

For comments on the port and possible bugfixes, please send an email to me.

To install it, just unpack the content of the SDK directory to your SDK.
