Protracker Player Graphic User Interface, I created this program to fill a void inn the Amiga market, the new Amiga no longer have original Amiga custom chips, most protracker players use the Amiga custom Hardware directly. most players do NOT use drivers to play sound; programs like that do not work any more. It all started when this duds named Ronald Hof, Timm S. Mueller, Per Johansson created a command line player called ptplay, you can found it on http://www.neoscientists.org/~tmueller/ptplay/, Nicolas Mendoza adapted ptplay to AmigaOS40, http://www.ntnu.no/~mendoza the problem is that ptplay is not so easy to use, whit out using a GUI, so this is way the GUI where created by Kjetil Hvalstrand. http://www.geocities.net/khvalstrand Version 1.4 * Protracker player gui will now work on AmigaOS4.0 update * About box updated * Shows real names found in the mods bug fixing tanks to Nicolas Mendoza for helping me locate and fix the problems. * List gadget given zero pointer bug fixed, * Display information (tow small) bug fixed Version 1.3 * Autostore playlist until you start the program again, play list is stored in csv file, this allows you to load it in excel or TurboCalc * added an about box, nothing filled in yet, * Fixed a bug in when adding directory to existing playlist, where start track changed to first track, Version 1.2 * removed debug output * added no led option * added stereo option Version 1.0/1.1 first version Protracker Player GUI is freeware, * if program is going to be redistributed any other media then os4depot, then you most ask first, * Protracker Player GUI is not to be used in non free products, * you not allowed discomapile or damage any of my programs, * you most include this text file if redistributed * Do not modify the text file.
