Information:
 - Dock Scope for TuneNet / AmigaAmp.

 NOTE: To use from TuneNet please download the latest alpha from the Home Page:
 http://www.tunenet.co.uk - The scope hasn't been enabled in the OS4 Depot
 release yet.

Works well on both 25 FPS and 50 FPS from TuneNet.

 - Clicking on Docky now open a prefs window, colours of scopes can now be
changed! (This is for you PEB)

 - Fixed Scrolling font problem( Was assumed everyone used the same font, duh),
Now opens its own font.
 - Registers the App as DockScope and not Wifisignal (Me and My copy and
pasting).
 - Added Underlying prefs for changing colours of the scopes and wave (This can
be done manually in ENVARC:DockScope.xml).
 - Wave colour problem now fixed, should appear on all machines as yellow.
 - Fixed White flasing bars( Everynow and then I would noticesome of the bars
would be white and to the top of the scope)
