Looks good but the shareware limitation is far too restrictive, you could have just put a screengrab in the archive as you can't even enter a single but of information into the database.

At least make it so the user can try it, have a limit to the number of entries, 50 or better 100 entries, this would let the user try the whole package, search, import etc. before deciding whether to buy or not.
