Chris Handley's YT_launcher program is included, which allows you to run the
script from an executable file for use with APPDIR:. Simply extract
YT_launcher.lha and copy YT into the directory YT.rexx resides in.

Introduction
----------------------------------------------------------------------------

YT.rexx is a script for providing direct video & audio links from YouTube URLs,
and the ability to stream them within MPlayer. Just provide a URL and it will
display all of the available video links found and let you play them.

This script can be used on any website containing links to a YouTube video, and
also supports the ability to stream live content within FFplay.

With just a few configurations, all of these abilities can be used within your
Amiga web browsers. Just right-click to play the YouTube videos.

3.2 - 22nd Dec 2024:

- Compatibility fixes.
- Support /live links as valid YouTube links.
- Added more player client options. Read the docs for more info.
- Fixed minor issue when WEBSAFARI was used in .cfg
  Note: WEBSAFARI only currently working with HLS links.
- Cookies now only used when using COOKIES parameter.
- Default client in the .cfg is now ANDROID. Links expire rapidly.

  If using the HTML option, it is recommended to configure the context menu
  in the browser to use autoplay for right-clicking Original Link, so
  non-expired links are always used.

MEDIACONNECT is considered broken for now. Use TV or MWEB for a longer expiry.
TV has more overhead to fetch metadata.
