**    1.42 - Forgot to re-enable ENVY 0x12140324 soundcard, fixed.
**         - Using menuclass, now menus have images (THX samo79).
**         - Added MENU_IMG_SIZE tooltype to resize menu images.
**         - Added new tooltype to prefs window (Menu Image Size).
**         - About window now has "typical" window title.
**         - Added 3 new strings in catalog.
**         - Raised +2 points fontsizes used.
**         - Changed Bold font to Mono.
**         - Added ESC key to hide MixWindow.
**         - Changed mute images to 24x24 max. and adapted GUI.
**         - Renamed font variables to use "clever" names.

- X1000 NOTES:
  1)Use AmiUpdate to get hdaudio.audio V6.22 as minimum.
  2)The volume controls are applied at the Digital to Analog converters.
    The S/PDIF is digital, so it never passes through the DACs, S/PDIF has
    no volume controls.
    This leaves AHI as the only way to control S/PDIF volume, or possibly
    the local volume control on your receiver or audio device.
