-Add of AmiUpdate support (operating in the next release) thank to CentaurZ

-Miniaturisation and review of the display to 	put the interface name in the
Docky title 	remove the left part and add the uptime and IP address above the
historic bandwith 	bandwith is now 80 seconds depth (before was 60 seconds)
	Thank to Alexandre 'Alex' Balaban for the suggestion

-Add of 3 more ToolTypes (yes, again more) to specify if the vertical bars are
displayed 
	LEFT_VBAR = ON / OFF (OFF by default) 
	MIDDLE_VBAR = ON / OFF (ON by default) 
	RIGHT_VBAR = ON / OFF (OFF by default)

-first release

The interface taken is the first one in the Interface list (ok for the vast
majority of people, nevertheless, 
it can be setted by ToolType ,INTERFACE=)
The scale is automatically resized when some thresholds are met ( the top
numbers are the max of the current scale)


Thanks to CentaurZ and Alexandre 'Alex' Balaban for the precious advices and 
to Tony 'Sinisrus' Canazza for the icons.
