* Introduction
This archive contains a set of 32bit mouse pointers that developers may use to
indicate different statuses to the user.
Originally AmigaOS only handled two pointers, the normal pointer and the busy
pointer. But modern GUI design has created a need for a more versatile range of
pointers to give a more precise feedback to the user such as resizing, zooming
and drag&drop. From OS4.0 32Bit pointers was introduced by using icon images in
the envarc:sys/ folder for the normal and busy pointer. This project adds a
range of other pointers in the same way. For non 32Bit capable systems and/or
screens applications are recommended to fallback to the original normal/busy
pointers.
* Installation
Copy all files inside the sys/ folder to envarc:sys/
A reboot may be required for the new pointers to be activated.
The extra/ folder contains a 32bit leftout arrow. If you want to use this file
then copy it to envarc:sys/
* Credits
The pointers are created by Martin "Mason" Merz.
