Introduction:
This is the AmigaOS 4.x porting of ID Software's game Quake. Based on the
original Amiga porting from Frank Wille and Steffen Häuser, and use AHI code
from Jarmo Laakkonen.

Notes:
On some setups disabling multitexturing (from the Options menu) results
in lower framerates, but the game may gains in smoothness.

- added a new -grabmouse switch to block the mouse inside the window (works
only with the -windowmode switch)

- if there isn't any sound card installed, run it with -nosound or you will get
