--NEW SINCE LAST RELEASE--:
-- Major bug-fix done by Tempest in terms of "found the right choord". Before
everything was done by glReadPixel + z_buffer (which not works not in warp3d
normaly, and not implemented in minigl by the same reassons at all). Right now
everything works withou glReadPixel, by SANE method, and you can play in game
without any problems for now.

-- Compiled statically, so no more sobj-hell.
Cube is the original 3D-FPS game that started it all. Though it has been
surpassed in almost every way by Cube 2, it is a game in its own right. Most
importantly, it comes with over 100 (!) maps, most of which are not available in
Cube 2, with extensive single and multi player content.
Cube is also smaller in every way, in download, in hardware requirements (runs
well on older video cards!), and in source code (the absolutely tiny code base
is a very easy start for those wishing to experiment).
It also has some unique engine features such as the high precision dynamic
occlusion culling, and its heighfield based level format.
A simply help to avoid docs reading:
full_screen mode:
amiga shell:> cube_client
window_mode:
amiga shell:> cube_client -t
define resolutions for window mode:
amiga shell:> cube_client -t -w800 -h600
define resolution for fullscreen mode:
amiga shell:> cube_client -w800 -h600
For run server , you just type:
amiga shell:> cube_server
But for better tuning/tweaking you should read docs/readme, and setup game as
you wish for your setup.
Enjoy !
