NDS Trimmer (ndstrim) v1.0 - strips dummy data off NDS ROM's.

I took the trimming function I wrote for DS-X Manager and converted to C++. 
This way, it can be compiled into any OS. Heck, it might even be able to be 
ported to run on a Nintendo DS
