Changes: Renamed shared object to libsmpeg-0.4.so
This seems to be the soname commonly used in Linux.
libsmpeg.so is a duplicate of libsmpeg-0.4.so. Simply
delete and make a symlink if you wish to save space.
moonwalk.mpg has been added as a test .mpg file to play.

SMPEG is a free MPEG1 video player library with sound support.
Video playback is based on the ubiquitous Berkeley MPEG player, mpeg_play v2.2.
Audio is played through a slightly modified mpegsound library, part of Splay
v0.8.2.
SMPEG supports MPEG audio (MP3), MPEG-1 video, and MPEG system streams.
plaympeg is a simple video player provided to test the library.
The C library interface is 'documented' in smpeg.h, and the C++ library
interface is spread out over the MPEG*.h files.
OS4 note:
The only changes to the source are provided in the header files provided in this
archive. The library must be created manually from all of the object files
compiled in order to successfully build a working library. I hope this helps
people to compile libsmpeg themselves.
Both newlib and clib2 versions included.
