This is "slow but dirty" port of the cmake environment. It has not been tested
very much, so comments are welcome. This version fixes support for Qt4 apps. To
use this feature, you need to upgrade your Qt SDK archive as well.

Installation:
1) assign cmake: <yourpath>
2) path cmake:bin add

History:

(3) Service update, nothing important changed (probably)...
