To build on OS4:

make -f makefile.os4

You'll get a bunch of warnings because I specified "-Wall". I fixed a bunch of
them but not all them, so sue me.

For optimal viewing, make a 320x256x32bit screenmode, but it'll run if you have
any truecolour modes at all.

Note that there is a different display routine depending on the truecolour mode
of the display, but the only tested one is A8R8G8B8 (since thats the only
truecolour mode available on my A1). All other 24 and 32bit modes should work,
but they might not, so sue me.
