Early ALPHA release of a new implementation of the sound.datatype
to handle more than the simple 8-bit audio shipped by default.  Also
includes an updated wav.datatype to allow playback of many WAVE/RIFF
audio samples.  This may cause some system instability.

Some developer information is contained within the include files
but beware THIS IS ALL SUBJECT TO CHANGE.  This is a very early
alpha release for those hungry to playback samples at a better than
8-bit quality.  Keep a copy of the default sound.datatype and earlier
wav.datatype in case you need to uninstall!

This implementation has tried to ensure backward compatibility but
cannot guarantee problems will not arise.  Install and use this release
at your own risk.
