brsar_unpack

 brsar_unpack finds sounds in .brsar files and decodes them. 
This works moderately well with files it reports as "Version 1.3", those around
the vintage of Super Smash Bros Brawl. For "Version 1.4" .brsars, you'll have 
better luck with ripping_mama, below.
Stereo sounds are skipped, and looping is ignored. Nothing is done with
sequences.
