SIDDump V1.0

A fairly primitive program to output SID-chip & note data out of a .SID-file. 
Warning: This program is unsupported! The CPU emulation may not be perfect and 
it definitely doesn't support illegal opcodes. Also the enviroment is far from 
correct (basically, just the CPU and 64kB of empty RAM)
