mdf2iso - AmigaOS4 version, ported by Spot / Up Rough

Use this to convert Alcohol 120% (.mdf) image files into ordinary ISO-9660
files
(.iso).
This way we can burn MDF files with MakeCD, sweet huh?!

Well, I just ported cdi2iso, so I thought, hey, this was kinda fun, I'll try
another one,
so, here you go.
