ABK Viewer V0.7..

So you might be like me a former AMOS programmer, who like to have a look at
your old projects, and just view some ABK files, well now finally you can.

ABKViewer can be configured with def icons, see provided screen shot to see how
that is done, or you should be able to use it from command prompt.

ABKViewer double as working example of how to use RretroMode.library, so
retroMode.library is included with source code of this example.

As always all my open source projects are under MIT license, so you free to do
what the you like to, use part of it in your own project, and whatever, the
important thing is keeping the Amiga spirit alive.

* Fixed mouse button.

* Found a bug, that stopped it from working.
* Now renders into retroScreen, did not clear that screen, after rendering
sprite.
* Center image if no "hot spot" is set.
