New on AmigaOS4 version:
* Added 16 bit mode on window and fullscreen mode (old resolution=8 bit color
trashed on fullscreen)
* Added preload graphics on video chip.
* Added support joystick with HunoJowrapperLib
* Added music module on .mod
* Added executable on 320X240 for a low machines
* Added executable on 640X480 for normal machines

--Added a old readme guide for options and all informations on original coder
