This is a quick port for OS4 of the SDL action game 'Entombed' v2005.01.17b by author Bill Kendrick. OS4 port by Sharakmir (Kjell Breding). Entombed URL: http://www.newbreedsoftware.com/entombed/ More info about this game is found in the enclosed Docs/README.txt document. RUNNING THE GAME - OS4 Just open a shell and type 'Entombed' to get started. You can also start by clicking the game icon which starts the game in a window. If you start the game in a shell with 'Entombed -h' you can see all the flags that are available. Starting with 'Entombed -f' starts the game in full screen mode. Some advice: You start with the power of building/breaking a wall 3 times, to get more power, find some potions in the maze. Beware of the ghouls and zombies walking around... Good luck! OPTIONS Available options on the command-line include: --fullscreen Run full-screen (640x480), instead of in a window. --nosound Disable sound effects and music. --noblend Disable atmospheric alphablending (for slower systems). --usage Display brief usage options. --help Display more verbose help. GAME VARIATIONS You can play in either one- or two-player mode. Push the key or key, or use the [Left] and [Right] arrow keys, to select the number of players. Press [Space] to start the game. Press [Escape] at the title screen to quit the game. GPL INFO All original source is in the Source folder together with the original makefile, named Makefile.orig. Entombed is released under GNU GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE, please read the file 'GNU.txt' for more info. To compile the game for OS4, make sure you have your SDL environment setup properly and use the Makefile to compile (type 'make' in the src folder).
