I posted about it in the "MEDPlayer.library and ptreplay.library as os4 native ?" thread on amigaworld.net.

The example programs do work at least:
http://aminet.net/package/misc/fish/fish-0258
ftp://ftp.back2roots.org/pub/back2roots/disks/cam/lha/05xx/cam-0581a.lha

Also the "play.bin" program from here works:
http://www.pianetaluca.com/works.html

I also found a game called "RINGS" which is supposed to use this library but it doesn't work for me. When I run it the OS first complains about some BCPL stuff and after that the game puts up an alert claiming that there isn't enough chip memory. Probably hits the hardware too.

In any case it only took a couple of minutes to put together. A lot of the code was just copy-pasted from ptreplay.library.
