NoSkin DVPlayer skins.

These 2 skins are as basic as it gets.
NoSkin.dvskin has a 2 pixel high black border along the top that is the drag
bar. 
NoSkinNoDrag.dvskin doesn't even have that, use <CTRL-AMIGA-LMB> to drag 
the window (this is an OS4 function it works on any window).

Use the standard keyboard controls to control DVPlayer.
