vobinfo - decodes MPEG2 VOB file's multiplexing.  Will
          print a detailed bit trace.  Will separate
          a multiplexed file.

videobits - decodes MPEG2 video stream.  Currently does some
            headers, but is not complete
            (in part because it doesn't do motion vectors yet!).
