Wet Update

*** NB: Wet v6.9 requires AmiSSL v5 ***

This program retrieves local meterological data from the Internet, and saves it
in (regulary updating) env-vars to allow you to display it in the WB titlebar,
as an icon on Workbench, AmiDock or in the GUI.  
It can show a forecast for up to 24 hours ahead (where available), and is fully
localisable.

This is a patch file to update to v6.9.  
You will need v6.7 or higher installed first.

6.7 (07.02.2019) OS4 ONLY
* The data is now hosted at an HTTPS location and the program has been
  updated accordingly.  This now requires AmiSSL to be installed.
* Currently this update is only available for OS4 as it won't build for OS3.

* METAR code GS has been reclassified as "snow pellets" in the USA.
  (was previously "small hail/snow pellets" but we only printed
  "small hail" for this code) (this is a catalog update only)
  (was supposed to release this on 13th September but I forgot!)
