AmigaOS port:

- Changed font to DejaVu Sans, adapted font sizes and draw areas.
- Corrected wrong version string and typos.
- Changed window dimension handling.
- Added stack cookie (thanks, spotUP!).
- Created AmigaOS Glowicon set and pointer graphics.
