[Show comments] [Show snapshots] [Show videos] [Show content] [Show crashlogs] An outline font editor that lets you create your own postscript, truetype, opentype, cid-keyed, multi-master, cff, svg and bitmap (bdf, FON, NFNT) fonts, or edit existing ones. Also lets you convert one format to another. FontForge has support for many macintosh font formats. Printing is supported over the command "lpr". With this printing feature you can print single chars or a complete summary of a font. An english documentation in HTML format is included an can be opened with the programs menus. By default OpenURL is used to find the favourite browser, but you also can set one of the following environment variables: "Cygnix/BROWSER" : A global browser for AmiCygnix. In the program directory there is also an english tutorial in PDF format. Installation ------------ The X11 environment AmiCygnix version 1.6 (or higher) must be installed before! AmiCygnix is available on OS4-depot (http://os4depot.net). To install the package, just click on the "Install"-icon. The data will be installed into the AmiCygnix package. Afterwards you can find the program in "Cygnix:Software/FontForge-20120731-b". To launch the program doubleclick on "Start_FontForge_Desktop.bat" or "Start_FontForge_Standalone.bat".
