Requestlist

This is a similar tool as RequestChoice, RequestString and RequestFile. Use a
text file, where every line ends with a linefeed, as input. RequestList will
output line number of a selected item (1-n). If TEXT option is used then
RequestList will output text content of a selected item.

Usage:
RequestList <filename> TEXT/S WIDTH/N HEIGHT/N TITLE/K PUBSCREEN/K
