"owlong" is yet another program that times the duration of a command
from CLI for the Amiga platform. The one I liked most was still not
quite to my satisfaction so I decided to write my own.

Usage:- owlong <command> [args...]


Bonus...!!!

dur v1.1  (c) 2020  Lorence Lombardo.

"dur" is similar to "owlong" but only provides 2 decimal places in
second fractions.

Usage:- dur <command> [args...]


dur13 and owlong13 are for "ROM1.x+"
