This FSay command is based on the say.c example provided in the flite_device
archive.

I had to do it because my Amiga kept saying "Hello, my name is Amiga!" but
that's a bit disturbing to hear, coming from a male voice... :-P

I could have settled for "Hello, my name is Amigo!" but that would get old
eventually and isn't very flexible for a Say command, so there, let it say
whatever it wants to.

I changed the name to FSay to avoid any confusion with the original Say
command.

Usage:

FSay <text>
The string can be any text up to 1023 characters.
