Add and remove programs easy from os4depot.net using GUI.

When installing programs one can use the default target path from the database
or select your own targer freely. The same works for needed dependencies as
well.

Note: In the first release there's only three downloadable files in the
database. The idea is this is a community effort where anybody can add new
installable stuff into the database file and then send it to os4depot.net where
everybody else can download it from. Make sure when editing the database that
everything you add into it works perfectly for the others. Language translations
should be made the same way. Copy and then translate the database file and
upload it to os4depot.net. For example: TopApp_english.data for English,
TopApp_finnish.data for Finnish and so on.

Trouble shooting:
Make sure your language setting matches available database files (on your
harddrive). Otherwise you won't see any database content displayed.

Version history:
- 1.0 (12th December 2011):
 - Added Italian language
 - No other changes

- 1.0 (7th November 2011):
 - The first public release
