[Show comments] [Show snapshots] [Show videos] [Show content] [Show crashlogs] Under release 4.0 timer.device 'ticks' much faster than under previous releases of AmigaOS. This causes trouble to some applications (eg. Delitracker) which expect timer.device to tick at the standard PAL or NTSC clock. timerhack is a small patch that makes these programs (actually all programs) think that timer.device uses the PAL clock. This program doesn't emulate the CIA (no not the agency;-) timers, so HW banging software won't start to work. |
