This feature should work with most of ATAPI devices and with some of SCSI ones. It's important to mention that every CD-ROM drive sets the maximum read-speed every time it has compact disk inserted. In order to slow down the read-speed, one man should execute WolnyCD just after insertion of new CD into drive. The best way to use this program is to write small DOS script or add proper entry to the Main Menu This is my first program written for Amiga. This is version 1.2 of WolnyCD. *** Caution! I don't take any responsibility for any potential damages caused by using my program. *** I added sources of the program to the archive in order to express my gratitude to all other programmers for their sources I used. I think that sources will help beginners in many cases. For example, you can find in it the way how to handle CLI parameters, tooltypes, SCSI and locale. WolnyCD is a GiftWare. I'm collector of coins. If you want to reward me for my work, please send to me some coins from your country (well-packed). Best ones will be historical coins, occasional ones, removed from circulation etc. I don't collect banknotes - except USDollars and EURO :-) My address: Dariusz Gawerski ul.Sportowa 20 11-200 Bartoszyce POLAND Suggestions, bugraports etc please mail to: dsp()pro.onet.pl Regarding Amiga OS4 version please mail to: pzap()interia.pl |
