That is just small, but some time necessary command line tool that can split
files by number of parts, part size and given byte positions (also in
combination).

Just type "filesplit" and the parameters are printed.

-- AmigaOS4 related changes:

 * Added stack cookie to avoid crash on start (kas1e)
 * help didn't work as documented by the help output. Fixed. (xenic)
 * Help output didn't have a return at the end (/n) and didn't return to the
shell command prompt properly. Fixed (xenic)
 * Added ? to the help arguments since most Amiga users expect to see a template
or some help when ? is entered after a command name. (xenic)
