cdi2iso - AmigaOS4 version, ported by Spot / Up Rough

Use this to convert DiscJuggler (.CDI) image files into ordinary ISO-9660 files
(.ISO). This way we can burn DiscJuggler files with MakeCD, Sweet huh?!

Well, I'm off to try out Gianas Return on my new Dreamcast now. That's what I
needed this for, as all DC stuff comes in .cdi format.
